On Friday afternoon, we were treated to roasted guinea pig and rabbit in an outdoor oven. Here the guinea pig is being prepared.
It is dipped in boiling water.
More preparation and then it will go into the hot oven which Judy is standing beside.
All ready for the oven, the guinea pig on the left and the rabbit on the right.
It is now in the very hot oven.
And soon it is ready to eat...
A plate of potatoes, guinea pig, and rabbit.
